Adhar Dal – 500g

A yellow coloured lentil flat on one side, oblong in shape, used widely in Nepalese cooking. Adhar Dal or Pigeon Pea is rich in potassium content which assists in reducing blood pressure and blood constriction. Non-polished in texture.
