Mishri is made from the solution of sugarcane. Crystals are grown as a result of cooling supersaturated sugar solutions. Himalayan sugar, commonly known as mishri, is an unrefined form of sugar commonly used for culinary as well as medicinal purposes and is made from crystallized and flavored sugar. It is less sweet than refined sugar, which is a variation of taste in comparison to traditionally used white sugar. Mishri helps to stop the nose bleeding immediately. Just consume pieces of rock sugar with water and it will stop the bleeding. It is particularly good for health if consumed daily with milk.
