Taichin Chuira is Taichin rice(Sticky) which is flattened into flat, light, dry flakes. Rice is first parboiled before flattening so that it can be consumed with no cooking. These flakes of rice swell when added to liquid, whether hot or cold, as they absorb water, milk or any other liquids. The thickness of the flakes is very thin when made with Taichin Rice due to its sticky nature.
Taichin Chuira is easily digestible with rich and sweet taste when eaten raw. It is normally used to prepare snacks or light and easy fast food for long-term consumption of a week or more.
